TIM HARE

Tim serves as the Pastoral Development Specialist at City Union Mission. He is also approaching the later stages of completing his PhD in Biblical Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Before moving to KC, Tim served in pastoral ministry in Oklahoma for over eight years. He has been married to Erin for over eleven years, and they have three children: Emery (10), Ezra (7), and Elias (4). They are members at Northland Church, where they help to co-lead a Lifegroup, and serve in various other capacities.

ROSS FERGUSON

My name is Ross Ferguson and I serve as the Assistant Director for Ministry Placement at MBTS. I have a Masters in Economics, and a Masters in Applied Theology with emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. I am currently a PhD student with emphasis in preaching.

I have been married to Miriam for nearly 17 years, and we have three daughters - Leah (12), Eve (10) and Abbie (10). We are all originally from Scotland but love travelling. We have visited 20 different states and 10 national parks in the last 3 years. We have an aim to visit all the national parks and all the states - a big adventure!

I served as a pastor for nearly 10 years in the UK and have a background in church revitalization. Currently, I co-lead the pastoral training center at Liberty Baptist Church and serve local churches through pulpit supply.
